I often start with uncertain inputs: conversations, feedback, scattered information. The work is to give them a structure that people can inspect, question and use, without hiding the uncertainty underneath.
I work across the layers that shape a system: its interface, interaction, underlying logic and rendering. Prototypes and instrumentation help me see how those layers behave together, then refine the connections between them.
